According to Northrift humanright activist kimutai Kirui he has blast the CEC supporters on what he alleged frequent attack on current MP Dr Swarup Mishra.
The vocal activist claimed that Julius Ruto supporters have been undermining Dr Swarup Mishra on allegations of swindling CDF money.
Kimutai further noted that section of aspirants have been propelling the propaganda that Dr Swarup Mishra has been a let down.
Although Dr Swarup Mishra hasnt declared that he will contest for seat theres high propability as his examplinary works will secure him a second chance.
