The reported plans by President Uhuru Kenyatta to broker a deal with One Kenya Alliance leaders and Raila Odinga,in a bid to lock out DP Ruto in the next presidential elections, continues to elicit mixed reactions among Kenyans.
According to sources, the President is reportedly locked in secret talks with One Kenya Alliance leaders,in order to bring them together so they can form a formidable alliance against DP Ruto.
And now COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli believes that President Uhuru Kenyatta would eventually bring together the leaders of the OKA, including Raila Odinga, and help them beat DP Ruto and become the holders of the next government.
Atwoli further stated that since former NASA leaders previously supported Raila Odinga and BBI, bringing them to an agreement with Raila Odinga will not be difficult.
He also urged them to collaborate with Raila Odinga's winning team in order to revive the Building Bridges Initiative.
