2022 General elections are vastly approaching and when they finally do, Kenyans will queue to choose their preferred leaders. Of the six elective seats, presidential race is expected to raise political storms.
Of those expected to set the pace is the outgoing commander in-chief Uhuru kenyatta. Before things fell apart between him and his deputy, he was bound by Jubilee Coalition to return hand and support William Ruto between 2022 and 2032.
Tables have turned so has 2013 pre-election pact, Uhuru has since vowed to do whatever he can to frustrate Ruto's bid. To actualize this plan, he is rallying opposition leaders to form an army against Samoei.
His plan has hitherto flopped with BBI ultimate end expected to strain his relationship with Jakom. BBI held the duo together and since it's no more, chances are; their marriage will soon or later come to an end.
Should the above split happen, Raila will be hapless and in such a situation he may throw his gauntlets behind one member of One Kenya Alliance, staking on their glowing statues, Musalia Mudavadi and Kalonzo Musyoka stands a chance to bag his endorsement. Will this happen? Time will tell.
