Francis Atwoli is a Controversial man, who has been using different Political platforms to attack Deputy President Dr. William Samoei Ruto over Corruption and Theft of Government Resources.
Atwoli fearlessly attacked DP William Ruto, as he accused him of being Corrupt and a Conman. His sentiment didn't sound well to the Residents of Kwale.

"Leave DP William Samoei Ruto out of your Conversation, and explain to us how BBI went Through."
Francis Atwoli and the Jubilee Vice Chairman Honourable David Murathe have been attacking William Ruto, urging Kenyans not to Consider his Presidency.
