Speaking during a meeting with the delegation of the International Republican Institute (IRI) and the National Democratic Institute (NDI) at his Karen Residence, Dp William Ruto cast doubt on the command of security agency a head of August General.
He alleged that the IG Mutyambai is being controlled external forces instead of working independently as required by the constitution.
"We doubt thepolice command. We have a serious problem with the command of the police at the moment. We have the most incompetent Inspector General of the Police."
He said that ,he now believes that the current Inspector Of Police is President Uhuru Kenyatta, who is the leader of Azimio la umoja. Ruto claimed that Mutyambai's inability to make independent decisions does not ration with his capacity, Casting doubt if the police will be able to diligently perform their task ahead of the August polls.
