Details Emerge On How President Kenyatta Is Allegedly Using OKA to Shape His Succession Politics

As succession politics continue to shape up in the country, presidential candidates are trying to popularize their parties in their bid to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta as the next head of state. As elections are set for August.

The OKA Alliance failed to announce their presidential candidate candidate at the retreat, the reason why Musalia Mudavadi skipped the event.

Kalonzo musyoka who is also the Wiper party leader said at his Yatta house last Saturday that he would run as a major candidate in the elections.

President Uhuru Kenyatta's media advisor, Barack Muluka told TV47, local television station that the events in OKA are merely meant to shape Uhuru's succession strategy.

"The Raila Odinga succession project is one of many Kenya Alliance projects. Those who advise the president should stop, because it is a foolish enterprise," Barack Muluka claimed.
