The devolution conference which has been ongoing in Makueni county over the past few days has come to an end as the events ended today. As this happens, several leaders attended the ceremony from various counties across the country. However, there are some leaders who completely snubbed to the last day despite most people's expectations that they will attend.
DP Ruto is said to have completely avoided the meeting to the very last day. According to live NTV news, the function came to an end without DP Ruto's precense as expected before. It was expected that DP Ruto would come to give the closing remarks.

DP Ruto's absence forced Eugene to give the closing remarks as the devolution conference came to an end. Several governors attended led by governor Oparanya from Kakamega county. The meeting was basically meant to see appropriate solution to most of the common consistent problems affecting Kenyans.
