'God Directed Me to KEMSA and I Was Awarded 42 Million Tender' Eunice Cherono

Leon Interior and Design owner Eunice Cherono appeared before the public Investment Committee to be grilled on the issuance of tenders to supply medical equipment to KEMSA.

Leon Interior and Design won a 42 million contract from KEMSA. When Cherono who is a nurse was asked how her company got the contract , she alleged that through prayers God led her to KEMSA facility in Embakasi.

When she reached KEMSA's Embakasi base, the receptionist inquired what sent her there and she told the individual that she wanted to supply masks and she was led to room with other individuals and they were asked who wanted to supply masks, those who raised their hands won the tenders.

She also claimed that she was praying that a vaccine for COVID_19 would arrive in Kenya soon, and truth to her prayers after few hours of her grilling, the vaccine landed at JKIA and they were received by CS Kagwe (health), Cs Macharia (transport) and other government officials.

Ruaraka MP T J Kajwang' a member of Public Investment Committee asked Cherono why God has not directed her to get a tender to supply a vaccine but she said that it was part of her prayers.
