Former majority leader of senate Hon Kipchumba Murkomen, opposed the action that was taken by The President on Labour day celebration. In his twitter handle, he say uplifting of lockdown from the five counties that were resent lock was forced by the desire and ambition to roll in referendum.
The leader from especially mount kenya proposed the referendum to be conducted before the general election year 2022. Even thought some other directive were given on the some day labour day celebration, one of the directive that was put across is burn of all public gathering. The public gathering conducted should have less than 1/3 total number of who are suppose to attend initially.
Even though, the president did not burn the operation of bars but he said that all bars should operate to effective 7 pm and all people who are in there should ensure that they are following all public health protocal to curb faster spread of the covid 19.
