Ruto and Musalia Finally Agree on Who Will Vie for Nairobi and Kakamega Governor Posts

Ruto and Musalia Mudavadi's new alliance continues to rock headlines a week after the two joined forces.

Many have however been predicting a headache for ANC and UDA especially in counties such as Nairobi and Kakamega where both UDA and ANC candidates have declared their interests.

Ruto and Musalia seems to be one step ahead after it has emerged that the fate for Nairobi and Kakamega gubernatorial seats has already been decided.

According to a report by KTNNews, it has emerged that Ruto and Musalia have agreed to field an ANC candidate for the Nairobi gubernatorial seat and will be deputized by a UDA candidate.

In this case, current Nairobi senator Johnson Sakaja will be the Coalition's Gubernatorial candidate and will be deputized by Bishop Margaret Wanjiru of UDA.

In Kakamega, it has emerged that ANC will also walk away with the gubernatorial seat meaning Cleophas Malala will be the Coalition's Gubernatorial candidate.

ANC will also field a gubernatorial candidate include Vihiga.

Wetangula's FORD-Kenya party will on the other hand field candidates in Bungoma and Trans-nzoia counties.

For the parliamentary seats, both of the three parties will reach an agreement especially in Nairobi.
