Meet Atiku, Ruto's Billionaire Friend From Nigeria Who Was Accused Of Corruption & Greedy

The Deputy President of Kenya Mr. William Samoei Ruto

With less than two years remaining before the 2022 general elections, politicians from different regions have been running up and down to try and find amicable solutions to their deteriorating political careers. The narrative has not been any different for Deputy President William Ruto.

According to recent reports, the Deputy President is reported to have jetted out of the country where he is meeting important friends. Yesterday, the Deputy President was pictured together with former Nigerian Vice president Mr. Abubakar Atiku.

According to The Daily Nation report, Mr. Atiku worked under Obasanjo's government as the country's vice president. The two clashed with President Obasanjo calling it quits on their friendship entirely.

In his Latest memoir as the President of Nigeria, Mr. Obasanjo describes his former Deputy as a very selfish person who will tread morals just for money

"What I did not know, which came out glaringly later, was his parental background, which was somewhat shadowy, his propensity to corruption, his tendency to disloyalty, his inability to say and stick to the truth all the time, a propensity for poor judgment, his belief and reliance on marabouts (religious teachers), his lack of transparency, his trust in money to buy his way out on all issues, and his readiness to sacrifice morality, integrity, propriety, truth and national interest for self and selfish interest." Obasanjo wrote

The reports come barely a day after Ruto and Atiku met in Dubai where alot was discussed during the meeting alongside Mr. Frank Tifa. Meanwhile, share with us your thoughts on the matter.
