Havi has promised to bring development in Westlands by ensuring right laws and whatever the national government is doing is constitutional.
"When i go to parliament, i will make sure that we have the right laws, that the National Revenue Allocation benefits every region that whatever national is doing is constitutional" said Havi.
Taking to his twitter account, the deputy president welcomed Havi in his party
"Good to receive lawyer Nelson Havi, the president of the law society of Kenya, who has declared interest to contest the Westlands parliamentary seat on United democratic ticket" wrote Dp Ruto.
Today the deputy president chaired the 15th ordinary session of intergovernmental Budget and economic council (IBEC) which was attended by cabinet secritary for devolution Keter Charles, council of governors among others.
