Cabinet Secretaries Under Pressure as Details Emerge of Secret Closed Door Meetings With Ruto


The Cabinet Secretaries in the Kenya Kwanza administration are on spot as details have emerged of the closer door meetings they had during the hustlers retreat.

President Ruto is now on their neck as he is under pressure to deliver on the Kenya Kwanza Manifesto that he gave during campaigns.

The President has seen the need that for him to perform, he must make sure that his juniors in the respective ministries deliver their mandates as expected.


According to details, the Cabinet Secretaries were given 90 days which is exactly three months from now to deliver on their ministries or face their wrath. The Ministers were placed in clusters to lay down the key deliverables for the next three months complete with source and ways of funding.

The President has also warned Ministries and Departments on costly suits against each other as he wants any pending conflicts to be settled outside courts.

The Cabinet Secretaries were on spot and very anxious as President Ruto demanded conscious answers on Ministries Plans in line with the Kenya Kwanza Manifesto.


The Punctuality of the ministers have been kept on notice as during the Saturday meeting, there was no Minister that arrived late after the President threw out three on Friday for their lateness.

The stringent measures kept by President Ruto to the Cabinet Secretaries will ensure that the Kenya Kwanza delivers services in accordance to their Manifesto.
