Following the Jubilee defeat in the just concluded Juja Constituency by-election where George Koimburi of Moses Kuria's party completely floored Jubilee Party's candidate Susan Waititu who was expected to win by a large margin of votes, a section of the party members have started showing signs of distancing themselves from the party.
One of the Members of Parliament who have shown possibilities of staying away from the party is the Kiambu County Woman Representative, Hon Gathoni Wamuchomba, who have expressed her take on the current Jubilee Party status using her official Facebook page.
"From my recent experiences in Juja, I will remain here behind the main tent, just to listen and learn. And for your information, here behind the tent we are many today," MP. Gathoni Wamuchomba posted on Facebook.
This has been fueled by the results of the by-election where Jubilee Party failed to shine in president Uhuru Kenyatta's backyard and political bloc.
The loss is believed to have caused some differences in the Jubilee Party, since it have shown a possible outcome of the forthcoming elections and the status is the political beliefs on the ground.
