Martha Karua, the deputy presidential candidate for Kenya's Azimio La Umoja One party, has recently criticized William Ruto as being unqualified to serve as president.
In reference to the altercation with President Uhuru Kenyatta, Karua, who characterized Ruto as disrespectful, advised Kenyans to vote against him.
"You are unfit to serve as President. You were ineffective as deputy president. Je mtu wa kawaida utamfanyia nini, kama unaweza slap Rais wa nchi? Hasira Hatutaki Kijana Mzee Baba Raila's tunataka Were you appointed deputy, Rais? Karua stated on Monday, "Wale wako na hasira watasubiri hadi hasira yao ipungue ndiyo wawe President."
She urged people in the counties of Narok and Nakuru not to put their country's leadership in the hands of suspects:
Deputy Master Hata Huwa Chini Ya Headmaster dreadful Raila, mimi niko chini... She proclaimed, "nchi haiwezi ongozwa na fujo baina ya Rais na naibu wake."
The leaders of Azimio La Umoja One Kenya urged all communities to live in harmony in the run-up to the August elections because Narok and Nakuru counties are bordering each other and promised that the nation's security agencies would make sure that there was peace before, during, and after the General Election.
"A vindictive government is not what we want. We want a democratic government that unites all citizens. And Azimio is that administration "said Lee Kinyanjui, governor of Nakuru.
"Remember the distinction between light and darkness. Keep your democratic rights intact "Mukhisa Kituyi said.
The running mate of Raila Odinga led the Azimio leaders in pleading with the people of Narok and Nakuru to vote out corrupt officials.
Wewe unamuonyesha meno unamfurahia, Mwizi wa mali ya uma akija na mali ya uma... Karua said, "kujipenda ni kuhakikisha kwamba unalinda mali yetu."
Locals were assured by the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Leadership that, if elected, Raila Odinga's administration would lower the high cost of living within the first 100 days.
