Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition party running mate Martha Karua has been intensifying campaigns in the Mount Kenya region with the latest rally she held in Kirinyaga County.
According to senior counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi, the ticket held by Orange Democratic Movement (ODM)party leader and presidential candidate, Raila Odinga, is at 11 per cent in the Mount Kenya region.
He said the support was low even though the latest opinion poll released last week showed that Raila and Karua were more popular in the country ahead of the upcoming general elections in August.
“TODAY Hon Raila/Martha Karua ticket in Mt Kenya has 11% support,” Ahmednasir alleged via a tweet on his official Twitter account.
He however did not disclose what he thinks about the Kenya Kwanza Alliance duo of Deputy President William Ruto and Mathira MP Rigathi Gachagua, whom he has previously stated that he supports their presidency.
