With about four months to the August 9 general elections in Kenya, a lot are being experienced in the political scene. Political leaders are in last minute rush to find suitable political vessels that would see them sail through in various elective positions.
MCA aspirant Jemnyango Moses Kamalik emerged the winner in the concluded ODM primaries in Kajiado North's Ongata Rongai ward.

Kamalik has been been campaigning on a horse. He was spotted several times riding a white horse as he galvanised support for his bid in the populous ward.
He surprised residents by using a horse to traverse the ward in hunt for votes.
Kamilik is said to have resorted to this move due to the fact that he did not have enough funds to hire a vehicle.
In the recent party primaries, he garnered 147 votes to clinch the ODM ticket.
Kamilik has expressed confidence in clinching the seat on August 9.
