According to the latest news from the Star Machakos Governor and the cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang are seen to be the most promising leader in Kenya.Taking on their platform The Star Kenya wrote the following; "Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi and Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua have been identified as the most promising upcoming leaders in the country.
