Of now, there is an unjustified rumours that some powerful cabinet secretaries and permanent secretaries who are close to the head of state are now scheming on how to make Gideon Moi the next president in 2022.(photo of Uhuru, Moi, Raila, Musalia, Ngilu, Wetangula and Kalonzo at statehouse)
However, on Sunday senator Moi went to Kiambu County for a church fund drive where he was the guest of honor. During his time to address the congregation, he was quick to urge the Mount Kenya leaders to work with Uhuru Kenyatta to complete his manifesto.
The KANU party boss wondered why some central leaders are undermining the president instead of assisting him. He stressed that the head of state has good plan for this country and it will be realised through the BBI document.
He further urged the residents to support the BBI report once it's out of National Assembly and the Senate house.
