Martha Karua Breaks Silence With Two Tough Questions on President Uhuru's Donation of Ten Buses

Former Justice and constitutional affairs Minister Martha Karua has broken silence on president Uhuru Kenyatta donating ten buses on Friday.

While resounding to a tweet by Citizen TV, he has requested to know if the Head of State donated the buses on his own behalf or as the government.

She has also requested to know if the president was using his own money or or public money to buy and donate the buses either way as a government official or as an individual.

This could spark debates online on the Head of State president Uhuru Kenyatta's gesture which some people considered as a kind one to the schools and public institutions that were awarded.

President Uhuru Kenyatta on Friday at State House, Nairobi donated ten (10) buses to various secondary schools and community groups from across the country, among them Catholic Women Association of Maralal Diocese and Marafiki Football Club from Nyeri County.

President Uhuru Kenyatta also donated several other gifts among them reusable masks to each of the schools that was present at State House as a gift and way of helping them deal with the spread of the novel Corona virus infections.

Kenyans have also elicited mixed reactions to the questions asked by the former Gichugu constituency Member of Parliament through her Twitter account.
