Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance presidential candidate Raila Odinga has urged his Kenya Kwanza Alliance counterpart Dr. William Ruto to resign from the government instead of criticizing the same government he serves in as deputy president.

In a multimedia interview which included his running mate Martha Karua, the ODM leader said that if DP Ruto felt that he had been chased from the government, then he should do the most honorable thing and resign. The former prime minister went farther to give Bildad Kagiand Jaramogi Oginga Odinga who both resigned when they felt sidelined.

'Somebody who is receiving salary from the government, and a security detail of 250 government officers defending him, uses government vehicles and equipment to do his campaigns cannot turn around and criticize the same government.' Odinga said.
