The ODM brigade on Friday embarked on a three-day tour of the Turkana County where they are set to campaign for the BBI and also asses the ground ahead of the 2022 General Election.

Led by their Party leader Raila Odinga and a host of MPs including Babu Owino, Junet Mohamed, Gladys Wanga and many others, the leaders drummed up support for the BBI and urged the County Assembly of Turkana to pass the constitutional amendment Bill that was sent to the assemblies by the IEBC.

Notably, the reception of the Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has surprised many.

The youthful MP who is a darling to many was carried soared high by a group of his Supportes in Turkana region after they successfully held a rally in Turkana.

Residents appeared jovial and went on to embrace the MP as he made his way to his car.

The MP ran short of words following the amazing reception and took to his soci media handles to express his gratitude to the people of Turkana for showing him love.

"Thank you very much Lodwar Turkana county for the warmest welcome.Indeed when God has a plan for you no man can go against it.Thank you God for the favor you have bestowed upon me,I will use it to help your People.Day 1 of 3 tour," said the MP.

The MP who is serving his first term in office has build a name for himself through his leadership style that is devoid of cowardice.

With such a reception, the future appears promising to the young politicians who is definitely Aspiring to make it to the top brass leadership of the country.
