'I'm Not Satisfied With Aden Duale Apology' Rosa Buyu Threatens To Take Legal Action Against Duale

Rosa Buyu, a Kisumu county women delegate, has expressed her dissatisfaction with previous majority leader Aden Duale's apology for insulting her.

Buyu, who has threatened to take the matter to court to seek justice, claims Duale's apology was not serious.

"I’m not satisfied and I’m going to take it up because even when he said he was going to apologize, he goes on to say,' I a Muslim and ranking member I don't need a girlfriend, whether in this house or Rosa Buyu', is that how you apologize is that an apology?" she questioned.

Duale was accused by the lawmaker of disrespecting female leaders and not allowing them to express themselves in parliament.

On that particular day, Buyu recalled, they were discussing security difficulties in Marsabit, and Duale had stood on the point of order. She hit her button and stepped up to catch the speaker's attention before Duale attacked her because she had an input on the same.
