According to the reports by Kenyans.co.ke on Thursday night, the Hotel has also found itself on the wrong side of the Aggrey Muchelule after failing to provide concrete, clear and unquestionable evidence indicating that Cherera 4's Booking were made by one of the Azimio-One Kenya Ally.
At the same time, Irene Masit via her lawyer Hon Donald B Kipkorir asked the Aggrey Muchelule tribunal to state whether there is a more superior judicial institution compared to supreme court arguing that the Date 5th of September 2022 Rulinh didn't find any of them with a case to answer.
"However, the footage was questioned by Masit's legal team who cast doubt on its clarity and argued that its subjects could not be easily identified.
"In response, an official from the hotel management maintained that the apartment's team identified the commissioner claiming that she was a well known public figure," Kenyans.co.ke reported.
