On Thursday, nominated senator Isaac Mwaura held a high profile leaders meeting with politicians from Kiambu county.
This was his inaugural meeting since he was appointed by His Excellency the Deputy President William Ruto as the Head of the deputy president William Ruto's Campaign Secretariat from Kiambu county.
The meeting was attended by high profile leaders among them Members of Parliament who have been elected and those who have been nominated through deputy president William Ruto's United Democratic Alliance movement Party.
Among those present is the Kikuyu constituency Member of Parliament Honourable Kimani Ichungwa as well as the Kiambaa constituency Member of Parliament Honourable John Njuguna alias Kawanjiku.
Nominated UDA politician to take part in the general elections for the position of the woman representative for Kiambu county and also the senatorial candidate for Kiambu county was also present.
