Most top politicians are moving from one county to another holding political gatherings. Especially those who have ambitions in presidential position.
Even as they do so, today, the report from the ministry of health has left Kenyans in panic, as positivity rate rises from 14.2 percent to 18.0 percent. Today, 1,006 people have tested positive for covid-19 in the country in the last 24 hours. Marking a positivity rate of 18.0 percent.
The question Kenyans should ask themselves is; what is causing high number of Covid-19 positive cases in the country?
To avoid more spreading of Covid-19 pandemic in the country, the government should make the following move.
Banning political gatherings. Political gatherings is the spreader of Covid-19 in the country. According to the health cabinet secretary, Mutahi Kagwe, political gatherings are distributing to an increase in positivity rate in the country.
" The way to end the super spreader, political gatherings is for wananchi to stop attending them,," health cabinet secretary Mutahi Kagwe says.
Therefore, wananchi should avoid the political gatherings. In addition, politicians should be sensitive to covid-19 pandemic situation at hand.
This implies that the politicians should banned from holding campaigns until the Covid-19 pandemic situation is under control.
