Herman Manyora has reacted after reports of terminal 2 at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport will be closed on Friday and Sunday to facilitate the movement of the USA first lady.
Manyora reacted by stating that we need to have some dignity as a race.Manyora stated that we must be cautious and have pride in our selves and not paint a picture of being 'slaves.'Manyora stated that the USA first lady should be welcomed with respect but closing a whole terminal is not good.
Herman Manyora reacted by claiming that when all the African presidents were in the USA for African Summit,no terminal was closed.He added that during the Queens burial,African heads of states were being transported by bus.He stated that it is such a shame to africans who when a politician comes from America are transported by limousines.
Herman Manyora stated that the first lady should be protected and treated well but as a result,the leaders should not turn kenyans into slaves by closing roads and a whole terminal.Manyora claimed that Africans will continue to beg because the African presidents are perpetuating slavery among the people in the way they relate with foreigners.He added that the way things are going, Africa is sliding back into slavery.
