Kenyans online have decided to pour down their wrath at Senator Irungu Kang'ata over his latest comment about Maraga's advice to president Kenyatta.
According to Kang'ata, CJ David Maraga enhaced the powers of the president when he advised him to dissolve the parliament for failing to enact the 2/3 gender rule as required by the constitution now that it is 10 years after it was promulgated.
When interpreted by majority of Kenyans, his message meant that the president initially did not have the powers to dissolve the parliament.
"What CJ has done is to enhance powers of HE by reviving section 59 of the (repealed ) Constitution of Kenya of 1969.
HE now has power to dissolve parliament," penned Irungu Kang'ata in his Facebook page.
His message did not, however, went down well with him as some Kenyans soon flooded his page, most had burning messages concerning his future as Murang'a county's legislator.
Some Kenyans told off the senator, saying he knew nothing about Kenyan laws.
Meanwhile, Kindly share your thoughts on this matter.
