Mwaura who is behind United Democratic Alliance party of Deputy President William Ruto said that he was empowering them in their businesses.
He promised that billions will be injected to small scale businesses if the DP wins the August presidential seat.
"Wheelbarrownomics focuses on empowering the common man and woman who works hard daily to put food on the table.
Hustler Nation government will ensure a total of 50B annually goes to the Bottom Up program and 10B to SMEs, " he captioned the photos.
Mwaura also added that one million jobs will be guaranteed for Kenyans.
However, Kenyans have questioned if he would accept to be given the same wheelbarrows.
Others have replied that such photos would make Kenya a laughing stock if they land on BBC news.
Here are some of the comments.
Sam Anyangu: I'm just wondering whether he would be having the title had someone decided to hand him a wheelbarrow instead of a nomination.
Mali Miriam: Not a bad idea but provide packing space and some capital.
Steve Omondi: I wish you could have given them some financial support to uplift their businesses.
OG JR: Isaac Mwaura shame on you. Give those wheelbarrows to your kids.
Vincent Reborn: Just go back to the drawing board and think about the campaign strategy for Ruto.
