Honorable Raila Odinga, a supporter of Azimio, and Wiper Party leader honorable Kalonzo Musyoka, have both expressed outrage after a police officer used tear gas at a gathering.
After the event, Kalonzo hurried to make a statement, which even caused several locals to flee due to the tear gas.
Kalonzo slammed the officer in his statements and continued by saying that they would send his name to the Hague as punishment for their acts.
After the event, Kalonzo has also forwarded a warning to the inspector general, claiming that despite what happened today, they will continue with their demonstrations on Monday.
"Imagine that the previous prime minister and nearby residents were the targets of a police officer's tear gas attack. That cop needs to be hauled to the Hague, so we need to know his name right away. Also, we are informing Gachagua, who met with the inspector general of police this morning. We want no fears. The demonstrations on Monday will be peaceful, but police personnel shouldn't act in the same way they have in Kiambu "Senator Kalonzo Musyoka remarked.
