President Ruto Makes Major Government Appointment

The president is keen to ensure that his administration is complete and is able to deliver on the promises to the people of Kenya.

Top leaders have largely focused on appointing relatives to key government offices. The deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has therefore been silenced given the latest developments.

The deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has been at the forefront accusing Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka of taking their kids to EALA. Interestingly, Gachagua is repeating the same mistakes he accused his opponents of doing.

It's expected that a government should never focus on appointing relatives or tribal communities to government. Whether Ruto's latest move is noble and important, let's wait and see. It's obvious that the opposition leader Raila has accused Ruto's Government of nepotism and tribalism something that's manifesting itself slowly.
