In a report via the Standard, the Muranga Senator has informed that while he was serving as the Majority leader he was at the centre of power and that he is aware of all what the Kieleweke a group of leaders led by President Uhuru and the Deep State are planning about the 2022 succession.
According to Irungu Kang'ata, he has stated that the government and the Kieleweke have a plan to instil former Prime Minister Raila Odinga as Kenya's next President stating that that was their key agenda while he served as the Majority Whip.
“I had the intelligence since I was at the centre of power due to my position as the Senate Chief Whip," Muranga Senator Irungu Kang'ata has stated as quoted by the Standard.
Mr Kangata despite Uhuru and the Deep State's plan to force the country under Raila Odinga's presidency, the Senator and who hails from Mt Kenya region has delivered bad news to the ODM leader informing those endorsing his[Raila] Presidency that they should be on notice that Raila Odinga is not sellable in Mt Kenya region.
“The government’s candidate in the 2022 presidential race is Raila Odinga, but I can promise them that Raila is not sellable in the Mt Kenya region. The region supports Ruto’s bid,” Kang’ata added.
