Raila Odinga and his fans today were in Eldoret campaigning a head of 2022 general elections. Raila under the 'Azimio La Umoja' were welcomed by a huge crowd despite the area being considered his opponent William Ruto stronghold.
Raila in his campaigns asked the area residents to support him by voting for him ce 2022 general elections. Odinga also promised to creat job opportunities to the youths and to pay unemployed families 6000/= for upkeep.
Raila encouraged residents to remain United ahead of the elections and not be decided by selfish political leaders. Raila promised to continue with his 'Azimio La Umoja' campaigns all over the country saying that he would preach peace a head of the elections.
It's from his visit that Mtemebi television posted a question asking if Kalenjons would vote for Raila. "Will Kalenjins vote for Raila Odinga as president in 2022? In the response, YES took a leading with 71% of votes casted while NO had 29% of votes casted. Total votes casted were 6328 votes.
