In the letter, Lawyer Kibe Mungai claims that the following statements were published on Saturday Nation Newspaper and contains serious distortions and misrepresentation constructed to mislead the general public on teal facts and tarnish out clients reputation.
The title of the quoted article read, "Eating Humble Pie: What Leaders Had Promised To Do":
UDA wins in Kiambaa, I will resign as a Governor and lead the mass defection from Jubilee Party. We won't join NASA we will join UDA. The ground is strongly communicating.
