Towards August Election Raila Roar At Narok

Raila Odinga, the presidential candidate of Azimio la Umoja, campaigned in Kilgoris, Narok County, on Saturday.

He has been campaigning for a corrupt-free government, claiming that if elected president on August 9, he will ensure that state resources are well secured.

Raila urged women to vote for him and his running mate, Martha Karua, in the election.

The ODM leader expressed gratitude to the villagers and pledged to return.

Narok County Senator Ledama Ole Kina, Suna East MP Junet Mohammed, and former Gatanga Constituency MP Peter Kenneth were in attendance.

Other Azimio allies including the Principal Secretary Ministry of Devolution, Charles Sunkuli, were also present.

Raila Odinga, the Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate, asked women to vote in huge numbers for him in the August 9 elections.

Raila, speaking in Kilgoris, Narok County, said he did his bit by appointing Karua as his deputy and requested women to reciprocate by voting for them.

The ODM leader stated that, like Rwandan President Paul Kagame, he is willing to work with women and offer them a chance to reform Kenya.

After years of feuding, Kagame recalled Jeanette Nyiramongi to deputize him in 2019.

Raila cited several examples of women from throughout the world who have made a difference in politics, claiming that women are a unique force for change.
