Orange Democratic Movement (ODM)Party Leader Raila Odinga has today held a high profile meeting with a deligation in Nairobi as his hunt for 2022 votes continues to gain momentum.
The Former Prime Minister has today met with a section of Gusii Leaders to discuss a wide range of issues of importance as the country awaits the 2022 general election.
The meeting has triggered speculations of what could be cooking between Raila and the leaders from the Gusii region as far as his quest for the top job is concerned.
In a statement after the meeting, the Orange party under the 2022 presidential hopeful's leadership has stated that their unity and the unity of the country is paramount as preparations for 2022 polls gear up.
"Our unity remains paramount as we head to next year’s general election. #AzimioLaUmoja," ODM party wrote in part.
In his quest to succeed President Uhuru, Raila has been mobilizing Kenyans to rally behind his 'Azimio la Umoja' bid so as to form the next government after Jubilee.
