Kipchumba Murkomen, the lawyer from Elgeyo-Marakwet County who is also the senator has reacted to news of Raphael Tuju's threat to Judges. The judges ruled that Building Bridges Initiative bill was unconstitutional.
Rahpael Tuju from Rarieda is the Secretary General of Jubilee, a position he has held for a while now. He is also the Cabinet Minister without a portfolio, which he was appointed by Uhuru Kenyatta.
Murkomen reminded the former legislator that if it wasn't for the courts he wouldn't hold any public office. This is because, Raphael Tuju was declared bankrupt a while back but the courts gave him reprieve.
Raphael Tuju recently made a very damning statement saying that the judges who ruled on Building Bridges Initiative BBI bill forgot that they were sabotaging a government that was taking care of them. This statement has not augured well with a section of politicians.
