ODM boss Raila Odinga has recently urges political leaders to put political differences aside and find a suitable solution for the creation of jobs opportunities for the youth in the country, speaking attending NASA meeting Raila demanded job opportunity to be the first priority in the country.
The leaders said"Time has come for Kenya to work out a deal for university and colleges to be a place for our children to grow,to discover themselves and to develop a passion for life.
I want to prepare Kenyan youths for jobs of the future, and not jobs of yesterday ,I want to focus the youth of Kenya on where the world is going and not where the world is coming from, and to do this every Kenyan from the state to the village we have to unite together os one nation", Raila added.
The leader added on saying, thousands of graduates are now listed with credit reference bureaus meaning they can't apply for jobs,where they need to provide the CRB clearance certificate, and this vicious cycle needs to be broken because it is wasting our youths.
Poor students are supposed to obtain loans from the Higher Education Loans Board,yet Freshers report currently they do not know when the money will hit their accounts or whether it will or not at all.
The NASA leader says Kenyans are the solution for the job opportunity in the country to invest more on youths empowerment instead of political crisis in the country, saying many graduates people in the country are looking jobs or wait for along period of time to get them.
The leader quoting that,the new form of education CBC should be invested by more funds for the better , good life of the future generations in the country, saying it Will enable youth to create jobs for themselves without waiting to be employed.
