President William Ruto has this evening made journalists to burst into laughter after what he has told a journalist named Joash who was among his colleagues who were interviewing him at State House.
It all started when the journalist posed a question about Genetically Modified foods which the president rushed to give him a proper answer.
In his funny response, he told Joash that his question wasn't framed well on matters GMO when he said that it was not safe for consumption.

According to the head of state, all foods imported into the country has GMO but in small quantities based on the report they get from Kenya Bureau of Standards.
"You have even misled that question too much (laughter). You have asked whether it is GMO or not. First who told you that GMO is not safe my brother Joash? (More laughter). I want to tell Kenyans that all the foods we have been importing for all the past years already had GMO but KEBS only demands that it must be less than less percent. So what do you think when someone tells you that this food is GMO with less than one percent in it," said President William Ruto.
