Paul Simba Arati is a former member of parliament for Dagoretti North cum the governor of Kisii county, he successfully ran for the seat on an Orange Democratic Movement.
Today as the country celebrated the 58th Jamhuri day, Simba Arati spent the day in Tendere Kisii county. The youthful governor has said that when Bill Gates came to Kenya, he went to Makueni because their former governor didn't embezzle development money, foreigners have started going to Kisumu because governor Anyang Nyong'o does not allow any dubios deals, Simba has appealed to the people of Kisii county to allow him also make Kisii county great.
The governor says that there are Ksh.1.3B unpaid money to road contractors in Kisii and when he set a committee to authenticate the deals he established that close to 160 roads are not done. He has now promised that any contractor who did his work will be paid, any contractor who did not work and made a claim will not be paid and they will be arrested because they will have committed an economic crime.
