Mwalimu Dida has said"If Ruto donates a bus to your school now, chop it into scrap metal and sell the metal. Chances are high that there is a company somewhere coming for the car.If he has promised money, insist on confirming kama ametuma and use it before he leaves. The man reverses transactions."
