Today, the governor of Makueni county, proffessor Kivuta Kibwana was given some worrying news from his party, Wiper party. This news might be an headache to him and might lead to his impeachement if not resolved.
As reported by the kenyans.co.ke, the wiper party has threatened to expelled hon Kibwana from the party on what is said to be misconduct. According to this publication, Wiper send a letter to Kibwana telling him to appear in the disciplinary panel in the next 14 days and failure to do so, the party will expel him.
"It is the disciplinary Committee's understanding and finding that you are not willing to submit to a hearing of the Committee. Consequently, the committee shall, within 14 days hereof , make a recommendation on your expulsion from the Party based on your conduct and the correspondence between yourself and the Party over this matter," read the statement in part.
Wiper party is blaming hon Kibwana for not paying the membership fee amounting shs 600,000 among other issues. If Wiper will resolve to expel governor Kibwana from the party, the Kibwana will automatically be impeached from his post which might be a blunder to him.
