According to Kenyan attorney Miguna Miguna, Raila Odinga must give back the president's certificate he received at Uhuru Park in 2018.
This has led to political instability. Miguna Miguna allegedly said he wanted Raila to return a certificate he gave Raila after promising to be the "People's President" on January 30, 2018, during the contentious mock swearing-in ceremony.
I intend to return the certificate to the Great People of Kenya, Miguna reaffirmed as she pushed Raila Odinga to Bondo. From the moment of his inauguration in Uhuru Park until his deportation, Miguna encountered issues with the previous administration.
Since Raila Odinga acquired the certificate of the Kenyan people's will, Miguna Miguna has pledged to battle him till the end and that it must be given back to the Kenyan people.
