Lawyer Nelson Havi has heavily hit hard on blogger Robert Alai for maligning the name of Rigathi Gachagua ahead of the August 9th polls. Havi is clear Alai is engaging in illegalities that will make him regret badly especially in saying issues that he doesn't know.

Alai has claimed that Rigathi Gachagua was promoted as District Officer after carrying out operations against a certain community. He is clear as we go into the August 9th polls, Alai was putting himself into fire by trying to put details that are not true against a candidate of IEBC.
Havi is clear IEBC and the High Court of Kenya might issue penal sanctions against Alai if he continued with his lies against Gachagua. However as we move into the August 9th polls, it's all but a matter of wait and see of what happens finally given it's clear we truly live in very interesting times.
Whether Havi will decide to take Alai to court for attacking Gachagua ignorantly, it's all but an issue of wait and see. The fact as they are is that, Alai has been speaking of details he doesn't know about many leaders in this country especially those who do not subscribe to Azimio coalition.
