According to his recent post, he suggested that suppose every outgoing president was to change the Constitution to fix what they think they have just discovered in their twilight years to be problem with Kenya, what will happen to our constitution?
Perhaps, he stated that if that is the case, therefore, in every 10 years we will be changing the Constitution. He said nothing will stop it, since those in government have power, money and influence.
He said these powerful people can one day brand the process people driven, gazette a steering committee, fund the operations from the exchequer
He stated that the following day they will say ordinary people are now Hon Junet Mohammed and Hon Dennis Waweru; without battling an eyelid.
He then asked his ladies and his Lords to relook into the BBI case before them. He affirmed that in the court of posterity, the 7 of them are on trial.
