What Kenyans Told Millicent Omanga After Her Recent Post Alluding That Nairobi Polls Were Sponsored

The latest INFOTRAK opinion poll for Nairobi County showing Presidential, Gubernatorial, Senatorial and Women Rep ratings for various candidates has elicited mixed reactions from Kenyans ahead of the 9th August polls.

On the women rep side, the Azimio candidate Hon. Esther Passaris was leading with 46% followed by UDA candidate Millicent Omanga at 20%. The undecided respondents were at 34% hence pose a big possibility of influencing the election outcome.

This has provoked the UDA candidate forcing her to rant on her social media and term the polls as fake.

"The next Nairobi Woman rep will be decided by Nairobi voters on 9th August, 2022. Not through sponsored opinion polls framed to push a certain narrative. I'm certain I'll win and win big," she wrote.

However her post has elicited mixed reactions from Kenyans with Kenya Kwanza allies promising that they will stand with her to the end. On the other side of the political divide, Azimio diehards criticised her claiming that the Azimio candidate and incumbent Women Rep Esther Passaris will carry the day.

Here are some responses from Kenyans below:
