Justin Muturi, speaker of the National assembly has come out to reveal his decision on the coalition he will make a pact with ahead of the general elections. While in an interview on NTV with Salim Swaleh, Muturi said that he is still thinking and when the time is right he will call whoever he will have decided to partner with.
When he was asked who his running mate will be during the elections, he said that plans are underway but that person will not be from the Mt Kenya region. That is when he was asked which coalition he can prefer to join between OKA, Azimio and Kenya Kwanza. He said that if he is asked he will be open to negotiations.
"Bado siwezi kutangaza sahizi lakini it is work in progress... Hawezi toka mlima Kenya lakini wale tumemezungumza nao ni watu ambao fikra ziko pamoja," Muturi said.
