Uhuru's Top CS Breaks Silence on Allegations That Fertilizer Flagged off by Gachagua is not for Sale

The Agriculture Cabinet Secretary in Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee Government Hon Peter Munya has finally added his weight to the allegations that the fertilizer flagged off the the Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is not for sale.

Speaking via his official Twitter page account, the Agriculture Cabinet Secretary denouncef the allegations propagated by the social media post, terming it fake and devoid of authenticity.

"Fake" Agriculture Cabinet Secretary stated as he captioned the misleading social media post.

The social media post alleged that the fertilizers that were flagged off by the Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua were not for sale on grounds that the fertilizer had been given to Kenya for free by a Russian Company by identified as Uralchem.

"Rigathi Gachagua was flagging off subsidized fertilizers. That's laughable because those fertilizers are not for sale, the Russian Company, Uralchem was giving away free fertilizers to developing countries because they had accumulated in EU depots due to sanctions," the social media post read.
