Yoweri Museveni.
The 'Swahili' people came up with a saying that 'palipo na wazee hapaharibiki Jambo'. That saying can be well justifiably by the fact that Museveni is acting like a 'Mzee' among the East Africa presidents and because of his presence 'hapaharibiki Jambo'.
He has been giving critical advises and delivering sensible messages that other leaders have been emulating and using them to solve their problems.
Today, it seems Museveni gave Ruto, Raila and other leaders who have been attracting large gatherings a strong message. Only that this time, it was in form of a bombshell dropped on them.
According to NBS Television in a video shared on twitter, Museveni claimed that any leader who calls for a big gathering in this tough period of the corona virus pandemic, is not a leader but someone close to a murder.
He urged all leaders to avoid big attracting gatherings because the people's lives will be in danger while the leader is safely on a podium.
