"Long Live JPM" Lumumba Pens Down Strong Message After Magufuli's Untimely Death

Articulate Kenyan lawyer Patrick Loch Otieno Lumumba popularly known as PLO Lumumba has sent his condolences following the untimely death of Tanzanian President John Pombe Magufuli.

Taking to his Facebook page on Thursday afternoon the former Ethics and Anti-Corruption leader termed the departed Magufuli as a selfless and courageous leader.

He urged the Tanzanias to take heart as what happened was God's plans and that everyone had joined them in mourning the departed soul.

Lumumba said Magufuli's legacy will forever remains in the history books.

"Death has robbed Tanzania of a selfless and courageous Leader. God giveth and God taketh.We mourn with Tanzanians, Africa and the World.JPM is dead! Long live JPM!Cc. Samia Suluhu, Kasim Majaliwa, Doto ButekoHabari Star TV Tanzania , TBC" Lumumba posted.

Reports from the Tanzanian government have it that the departed Magufuli succumbed to chronic heart disease after battling it for almost 10 years.

Strong claims however have it that the late John Pombe Magufuli succumbed to deadly Coronavirus pandemic after battling it for about Two weeks.

The late Magufuli made headlines after downplaying the presence of COVID-19 pandemic in Tanzania.

He said the pandemic was defeated in his country after holding prayers after which he encouraged his citizens to continue with their normal lives.
